Piney Ridge Center is a psychiatric residential treatment center that is specifically designed for children and adolescents ages 7-17 who are having difficulties with problematic sexual behaviors that are complicated by mental illness. Our residential program treats both issues simultaneously through a multidisciplinary treatment approach to better ensure for a successful recovery. Through our program we help our patients learn to take responsibility for both their problematic sexual behaviors and any other behavioral problems they may have. Our highly structure program provides each child with an environment that promotes learning healthy coping skills, behavior management techniques, and relapse prevention techniques. Each one of our patients receives and individualized treatment plan that is develop to meet their personal needs. Treatment is administered under the direct supervision of a psychiatrist and in provided by psychologists, nurses, social workers, teachers, therapeutic recreation specialists, and others who are committed to the well-being of our residents.
